I absolutely love power walking with Gini. She picks varied routes through stunning scenery – an hour of fast walking and a couple of stops for exercises to tone the parts the walking doesn’t reach. It’s brilliant for all-round fitness and general wellbeing and it never fails to lift the spirits.
The things that come across in Gini’s yoga sessions are her lovely caring nature and her passion for yoga. I have been doing yoga with Gini for a couple of years now and no class is the same – she is incredibly inventive and creative in the way she puts them together, and yet she manages to make them work for everyone, no matter what their level of experience.
I have been having one to one sessions with Gini for over six years now. Her sessions come rain or shine have been a godsend – the air, the colours, Gini, the chat, the heart thumping exercise all combined with the breathtaking views. Gini is a wonderful and kind instructor and the feeling of wellbeing after each and every session is priceless.
I so look forward to my weekly yoga class with Gini, she is an excellent teacher. She puts a lot of thought into her lessons – they are varied and inspired, achieving a physical, mental and spiritual balance…
Gini is an excellent yoga teacher; she is well prepared and clearly knows her subject inside out. She also has a lovely, warm manner, is always bright and enthusiastic and makes the sessions enjoyable as well as challenging. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
I resisted for some years thinking it was all far too scary. I wish I hadn’t waited! I’ve been power walking for 8 years and it’s changed my life. I am fitter than I have ever been and can even run if pushed nowadays without batting an eyelid. It is mentally glorious as the “Gym” of the North Norfolk coast is about as beautiful as it gets…very uplifting spiritually and physically, even in the rain!
As to yoga, again I resisted. Not my kind of thing. How wrong I was. I am a total convert. Gini is so calm and well trained that she make you feel completely at ease and anything you struggle with she is there with the tiniest tweak to help get it right. She manages the classes brilliantly with all abilities. It has been life changing and I never want to give it up!
Walking with Gini at Salthouse brings more than a honed body, she leads us through bright gorse and green grass with glimpses of the sea. The exercise stretches, the company restores and I’ve been doing it for almost 10 years, so I can definitely say – THIS WORKS!
Gini has after a long period of resistance got me going again.She has helped me so much after my broken leg in early 2015.I look forward, most mornings! to Nordic walking and to the laughs we have and her grateful appreciation towards life here in North Norfolk.
One to one yoga at home with Gini is always a wonderful way to exercise, relax and cleanse body and mind after a long day’s work at my desk. Gini is always in tune with my mood and pitches the yoga to suit each occasion. I always feel flexible and energised afterwards and I do really look forward to it.
On this path effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure.
